These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the purchase and participation in the Frog Family Events 2026 Dublin Package (the “Package”) offered by Frog Family Events LLC, a Texas limited liability company (“Frog Family Events,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By purchasing a Package, submitting payment, or participating in any associated events, you (“Purchaser,” “you,” or “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms. Acceptance of these Terms is required at checkout and becomes binding upon payment confirmation.

1. Company Information

Frog Family Events LLC is a Texas limited liability company.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

2. Description of the Package

The Frog Family Events 2026 Dublin Package is a group-based hospitality and event experience, not a per-person ticket or travel package.

The Package is sold as a single group reservation.

Each Package may include up to ten (10) attendees.

The Package may include access to curated events and a game ticket, subject to availability and eligibility.

The Package does not include flights, accommodations, or personal travel expenses.

The Package is offered in two formats:

Student Package
Young Alumni Package

Both package types are governed by these same Terms.

3. Deposit & Pricing Structure

A $50 USD deposit per group is required to reserve a Package.

The deposit is applied toward the final group package balance.

The deposit is per group, not per person.

Pricing tiers may increase over time and are subject to availability and change.

The deposit secures a reservation opportunity, not individual seats, tickets, or guaranteed event access beyond what is outlined in these Terms.

4. Payment, Refunds, and Chargebacks
4.1 Deposit Refund Policy

The $50 group deposit is fully refundable until January 30, 2026 at 11:59 PM CST.

After this deadline, the deposit is fully non-refundable.

No refunds are guaranteed after the deadline.

Any refunds issued after the deadline are handled case by case at the sole discretion of Frog Family Events.

4.2 Refund Method & Timing

Refunds, if approved, will be issued only to the original payment method.

Refund timing may be delayed due to banking or payment processor timelines. Any such delays will be communicated.

4.3 Chargebacks

By purchasing a Package, you agree to:

before initiating any payment dispute.

Waive chargebacks related to the Package to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Initiating a chargeback in violation of these Terms constitutes a material breach of this agreement.

5. Attendee Registration & Group Rules

All attendees must be registered by name and email by the stated registration deadline.

Attendee name changes may only be requested by emailing frogfamilyevents@gmail.com
.

Unregistered attendees will be denied access to events, tickets, and benefits.

Frog Family Events reserves the right to remove any attendee for misconduct, safety concerns, or rule violations without refund.

The Purchaser is not automatically responsible for the behavior of other group members.

6. Eligibility Requirements
6.1 Student Package

To qualify for a Student Package, attendees must:

Be currently enrolled at Texas Christian University (TCU),

Possess a valid TCU email address, and

Present a valid student ID upon request.

6.2 Young Alumni Package

Young Alumni are defined as individuals within ten (10) years of graduation from TCU.

Alumni Packages may include non-alumni guests.

Student Packages do not include non-student guests.

6.3 Student Guests (Family & Non-Students)

Non-student guests (including family members) traveling with students may be offered access to event-only packages (excluding game tickets) via a private link at a later date, subject to availability.
Event-only packages are not sold to the general public.

Eligibility may be revoked at any time if misrepresented.

7. Events & Operations

Events are subject to capacity limits, venue changes, and schedule adjustments.

Frog Family Events may modify events, venues, or schedules without triggering refunds, provided changes are reasonable.

Some events may require government-issued ID for entry.

Minimum age to purchase or participate is 18 years old.

Missed events are not refundable.

8. Game Tickets

Game tickets are digital only.

Tickets will be delivered by the end of March 2026, once received directly from TCU Athletics.

Any delivery delays will be clearly communicated.

Tickets may be transferred only within the same registered group.

9. Travel Disclaimer

Flights and accommodations are not included.

Attendees are solely responsible for passports, visas, entry requirements, and compliance with all international travel rules.

Frog Family Events is not responsible for airline delays, cancellations, government restrictions, or denial of entry into Ireland or any other jurisdiction.

10. Assumption of Risk & Limitation of Liability

Participation involves inherent risks, including travel, crowds, alcohol consumption, and international events.
By participating, attendees voluntarily assume all such risks.

Frog Family Events’ total liability is limited to the amount paid by the Purchaser.

Frog Family Events is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages.

11. Force Majeure

Frog Family Events is not responsible for failure or delay due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to weather, government action, pandemics, terrorism, or venue cancellation.

No refunds are guaranteed in force majeure situations.

Any refunds or credits will be handled case by case at Frog Family Events’ discretion.

12. Media & Marketing

By participating, attendees grant Frog Family Events the right to use their name, image, likeness, and voice in photos or videos for marketing and promotional purposes.

Consent is implied by participation.

No compensation or approval rights are required.

13. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Package shall be resolved by mandatory binding arbitration in accordance with Texas law.

Class actions and jury trials are waived.

Arbitration shall take place in Austin County, Texas, unless otherwise agreed.

14. Miscellaneous

Frog Family Events may assign or transfer this agreement.

Purchasers may not assign or transfer their Package without written approval.

If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions remain enforceable.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the parties.

Frog Family Events may modify these Terms for future purchases only.
